Car Subscription services are extremely popular, they are not a new concept but with the likes of Netflix, Apple TV+, etc. The subscription model and market is growing.

We’ve been offering Car Subscriptions since 2008 on our Flexi-Fleet solutions and it works really well for many businesses and individuals. No one knows whats around the corner so the ability to terminate a car at anytime is ideal, no more new employees going into unsuitable cars or paying for leases where the cars aren’t on the road.

For individuals insuring a Car Subscription can be quite difficult, this is where Car Subscriptions with insurance is beneficial, but its not always cost effective. One particular firm charges £92 per month for this and their are surcharges depending on your age and experience.

Thats £1,104 per year which is expensive insurance!

Car Subscription Insurance for Individuals

We always recommend a number of car insurance firms for covering our car subscription service cars, these include Axa, Direct Line, Swift Cover, etc. Its also worth while utilising an existing policy and changing it each and everytime you swap the car.

Short term car insurance is expensive and sometimes it can work out much cheaper taking a 12 month policy, even if you have to pay the charges at the 6 or 9 month cancellation point.

Car Subscription Insurance for Businesses

Our business customers find it much easier to get insurance cover for their car subscription services when a fleet policy is in place, the broker or insurance company takes the details of the vehicle owner, the VRM and adds it to the MID.

Those who have to insure their own company car can use the options given for individuals.
